Our Impact
Every year for the last 25+ years, we bring home the biggest celebration of Bengali culture, the Durga Puja!
Both old and young people from different backgrounds and from all over the UK join us every year to fold their hands and pray to Maa Durga.
We Gather
We have regular members’ meetings throughout the year, and of course more as we approach the last three months before Durga Puja. We make sure to arrange these meetings in a easy-to-access venue with parking facilities.
We Plan
We brainstorm and plan for the upcoming Puja and who is volunteering to take which responsibility. You’ll be amazed to see how the so-called “seniors” carry out their duties and even more!
We create sub-committees before puja to make sure we have focussed effort from a dedicated team.
We Celebrate
Finally, as the much-awaited days of Durga Puja comes, we celebrate together, with you!
Come, join us this year, and you’ll see the “difference”. We conduct a homely puja true to the roots!
